Cherub is a quality riding pony mare, bred in the purple, and a siblling of successful show ponies Silkwood Heaven Can Wait (EFA National POTY, NSW POTY, Champion Ridden RP Brisbane Royal, Supreme Riding Pony Sydney Royal), Silkwood Heavens Above (Canberra Royal winner), Silkwood Sweet Dreams (Supreme Riding Pony QLD State Riding Pony Show) and Silkwood Seventh Heaven (NSW SHC POTY, Champion Pony Brisbane Royal, Champion Pony Bathurst Royal).

Shown once as a 2 yr old she took out Supreme Riding Pony at Mildura Show before joining the broodmares at Sanlirra Stud in South Australia. She arrived at Carlingford Park in foal to Valepark Spotlight but unfortunately the resulting filly was lost at foaling, to date the only filly she has produced.
